What to expect on the first day of class


We try to make you or your child’s first day as fun and productive as possible.

Here is what you can expect:

Show up and fill out an evaluation sheet.

Set goals.

Talk with the instructor to figure out if a structured class is fine or if we should begin with a 1-on-1 session.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you’re ready to exercise in!

We recommend not eating an hour before class, but everyone’s body reacts differently – for you it could be more or it could be less.
